If you manage a commercial building anywhere between Lehi and Draper, you already know the cycle. A tenant moves out, the walls look like a war zone, and you have two weeks before the next company moves in. Multiply that across a few suites and suddenly you are juggling three different vendors, none of whom understand that the building is still occupied and tenants next door can not have dust and fumes drifting into their Monday standup.
