How fast can you come out?
For urgent issues (active leak, kid put a hole in the wall right before company arrives, real-estate showing tomorrow) we often have same-day or next-day availability. Standard non-emergency jobs schedule within 3–7 days. Text a photo to (801) 692-7924 for the fastest turnaround.
How much does a typical drywall patch cost?
Small patches (doorknob hole, a few nail holes, anchor holes) run $150–$250 including paint blending. Medium repairs (water-stain section, multiple patches in one room) run $300–$600. We send a firm quote from photos before any work — no surprises on the invoice.
Will the repair be visible?
Done right, no. We feather the patch edges, sand progressively finer, and blend the paint so the repair disappears under normal lighting. If you can see it after we finish, we re-do it before we collect payment.
Do you match popcorn ceilings and textured walls?
Yes. We match knockdown, orange peel, popcorn, and skip-trowel textures. Texture matching is harder than it looks — most handymen skip it or do it badly. We do it right.
Do I have to be home?
For most jobs, no. We can work with a hidden key, garage code, or property manager. We send before/after photos so you can verify the work without being there.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — VASCO Design LLC is a Utah-licensed B-100 contractor with full general liability insurance and workers' comp. Certificates of insurance available on request.
What's the difference between you and a TaskRabbit or Thumbtack handyman?
