Can I get another visit?
Definitely! Our service guarantee ensures that you feel satisfied with our service. However, with regular planning, we will avoid most issues that are unexplained or unplanned.
If you plan on being a very active dree pro, we suggest you use the Gold Standard membership to gain access to a 25% discount on repairs, instructions on in-between quarterly visits, and a $80 USD re-service instead of a $110 charge.
When is your first visit?
We make visits on a quarterly basis. Ideally, we plan your first visit as soon as possible to ensure we give your machines ASAP the love and care that they have been looking for. When you sign up, you’ll access our calendar to be able to book whenever is most convenient to you!

Can I upgrade between service visits?
You can definitely upgrade! However, we will make mention that downgrading is not possible at the moment because of certain tasks and materials that are exclusive to the Gold Standard plan.
How much is it for a repair?
This is a fantastic question. Unfortunately, because of the wide variety of parts, brands, misfires, and damages, it is very hard for us to give an estimate without first getting to know the problem.
One thing is for sure, we won’t charge you to diagnose the issue. After a diagnosis, we will be better able to give you an estimate for the total repair. Your membership discount will apply at this moment and will be reflected in the estimate.
